I lead the investigation on identifying user needs and behaviours with the aid of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This process lays the foundation for conscious design decisions.
Design
From wireframes to design systems and high fidelity UI. I design beautiful, intuitive and scalable solutions in response to research discoveries.
Validate
I test design propositions to de-risk outcomes and bring users' voices into the project. I am able to test with a variety of budgets, adapting to the circumstances of each single situation.
My expertise is in bringing together a robust visual design practice with deep UX research analysis. Ever engaged with the breadth of the design discipline, I have over 10 years of design experience across UX and UI for financial institutions and start ups (HSBC, UBS, Eligibile) education and charities (BBC, University of East London, Complete University Guide, MacMillan Cancer Support) crowdsourcing ( Freelancer) and service (BT, Virgin Media).
My favourite part of a project is the starting point, preferring questions over answers in the pursuit of good design practice.
